APVBOARD is available to approved Lexacar owner operators. We can help with sign-in, account approval, vehicles, matching offers, bids, notifications, and account deletion.

Before contacting support

Use the same phone number or email address each time you sign in. Confirm that the vehicle is switched on, has a location, and allows notifications. Offers are intentionally limited to fresh freight that matches an active vehicle.

Location and notifications

Location access is optional. You can enter a city and ZIP manually. APVBOARD does not use background location. Push notifications can be changed in the vehicle settings and in iPhone Settings.

Delete an account

Open Account in APVBOARD and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account.
