Privacy notice

Updated September 12, 2026

APVBOARD is a Lexacar service for drivers, owner operators and dispatchers. Its Google mailbox connection is named APVBOARD Lexacar Mail. For privacy questions or account assistance, contact info@lexacar.com.

Information used by the service

We use your account name, email or phone number, company information, vehicle specifications, availability, bids and shipment records to provide load-board and dispatch services. Drivers and owners sign in with a code sent by email or SMS; the dispatch console uses email and password. Signing in does not give APVBOARD access to your personal inbox.

Location

You may enter a city, state, ZIP code or address. If you choose to share your current location, the iPhone app requests location access while in use. APVBOARD does not request background location tracking. Location is used to find nearby pickups and calculate road distance. City and ZIP searches represent an area rather than an exact vehicle position.

Who can see information

Lexacar dispatchers review registrations, vehicles and bids. Vehicle owners and assigned drivers can access their operational records according to their permissions. Broker contact details and dispatcher pricing are restricted to dispatch. Service providers process information needed for hosting, authentication, SMS, email, road routing and push notifications. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising tracking.

Google business mailbox access

Lexacar authorizes the Gmail connection for info@lexacar.com with read-only and send permissions. Read-only permission provides mailbox-wide read access. APVBOARD uses the mailbox address, message and label metadata, and change history to find load emails in the selected folders: Sylectus loads, Taimentransport.com, помним, любим, скорбим, and BOLT. It reads their subjects, headers and message content to extract pickup and delivery locations, times, mileage, equipment requirements and broker contacts for the load board.

Imported message content and metadata, extracted load details, broker contacts, and email approval and send records are stored in the service's access-controlled backend. Lexacar authorizes its dispatch team to review these business records for dispatch work. Original email content and broker contacts are restricted to dispatch; approved drivers and owners receive the load details needed to evaluate a shipment. Hosting and database providers process the records to run the service, and routing providers receive locations needed to calculate distances.

Gmail send permission is used to send load offers from info@lexacar.com to the relevant broker. Each send requires an approved administrator to review and approve the recipient, subject, body and broker total in the console. The approved message is shared with that broker through Gmail, and APVBOARD retains its approval and send status for dispatch records.

APVBOARD also uses Gmail to deliver requested sign-in and confirmation codes, account invitations and password-recovery links from info@lexacar.com to the account email. Supabase verifies these codes and links. Delivery receipts store a request identifier hash and status without the recipient address, code or message body; sent authentication messages remain in the company Gmail mailbox. Authentication messages do not grant freight access or approve broker offers.

APVBOARD uses and transfers Google user data only for the mailbox, load-board and dispatch features described here, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace user data and developer policy, including their Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.

Account deletion and retention

You can request account deletion in the iPhone app under Account. Deletion removes the sign-in account and associated profile and notification tokens. Shipment, bid and audit records may be retained where necessary for business operations and recordkeeping, with account relationships removed where supported. Contact Lexacar to discuss retained records or correction requests.

New-load notifications are limited to recently received freight. Matching owner offers remain on the board for 25 minutes after the source email was received. Expired offers leave the live board; stored business records may remain for dispatch history and recordkeeping. Bid, shipment and approved email records remain available to authorized users.

Your choices

You can change notification preferences, revoke location permission in iPhone settings, update account details and sign out. The mailbox owner can remove APVBOARD Lexacar Mail access in Google Account connections to stop future Gmail access. Removing the connection does not automatically delete previously imported email or dispatch records. Contact info@lexacar.com to request access, correction or deletion of those records or other personal information. The service is intended for business users aged 18 or older.
